Shot Codes (SAShotCode_RecordCode_DataGrid)
The Shot Code DataGrid displays all shot codes in your database based on the DataGrid filters being used and your Permissions.
Highlight/select individual shots, as needed, from the DataGrid. Multiple selection is allowed.
OR
Select the Use Shot Code Range option.

Input the range of Sections you wish to include.
Make selections in the DataGrid or use a Shot Code Range or Both. Leaving the DataGrid blank and the Use Range option de-selected will result in NO SHOT CODES being selected.

DeleteUse Shot Range (SAShotCode_RecordCode_UseRange)
This field appears in numerous programs. Its functionality may vary.
Select this option to use limit your selection to a range of Shot Codes.

Enter the range of Shot Codes.
OR
Leave this option de-selected to skip the Shot Code Range check and make selections from the DataGrid if applicable.
- If there is a DataGrid for this program - In instances where you have a DataGrid and corresponding Range a selection in one or the other (or both) is required. Selecting nothing from the DataGrid and nothing from the Range yields a blank report or process.
- If there is NOT a DataGrid for this program - In instances where you do NOT have a DataGrid a selection here is NOT required. Leaving this option de-selected skips this filter and results in ALL Codes being included.
Begin Shot Code (SAShotCode_RecordCode_Begin)
This field appears on numerous programs. Match the field definition with the program you are running.
Shot Report
This field is applicable only if you opt to Use Shot Range.
Select the Beginning and Ending Shot Codes for their respective fields. Shot codes within the range entered will be included in the process.
Bulk Shot Create/Delete
Select the Shot Code for which you want to create or delete records when running this process. This is a mandatory field for the default Vermont Systems design. Your design and setup may vary.
Shot Code Export
This field is applicable only if you opt to Use Shot Range.
Select the Beginning and Ending Shot Codes for their respective fields. Shot codes within the range entered will be included in the export process.
DeleteEnd Shot Code (SAShotCode_RecordCode_End)
This field is applicable only if you opt to Use Shot Range.
Select the Beginning and Ending Shot Codes for their respective fields. Shot codes within the range entered will be included in the process.
DeleteStandard Shot? (SAShotCode_StandardShot_ComboBox)
Accept the default entry or click the Combo Box icon to select your Standard Shot filter. Multiple selection is allowed.
- Yes - Yes, you wish to include in your output only the records with the standard shot applied.
- No - No, you do not wish to include records that have a standard shot applied.
Filename (FileMaintenanceExport_ExportFileName)
Enter a file name for your Export. This will be the name of the XML file you generate. Upon completion of the export process, the XML file you generate can be viewed/saved from the Document Center.
DeleteOverwrite existing file? (FileMaintenanceExport_OverwriteExisting)
Select this option to overwrite any existing file of the same name, if desired.
Upon completion of the export process, the XML file you generate can be viewed/saved from the Document Center.
Upon completion of the Import, the records you import will populate your DataGrid.
