Ticket Access/Templates
The Ticket Access/Ticket Templates for <Module/Record> panel allows you to link Access Control Template types and Template Design Studio Ticket templates to your record. In order to print tickets, you must enter a template in one or more of these fields.
If you sell tickets from RecTrac and WebTrac, you must enter a template in all applicable fields. You can link separate RecTrac and WebTrac ticket templates, if desired.
If you sell ticket via one (1) venue only, you do not need to enter a template in the other fields (i.e. if you only sell tickets from RecTrac, you do not need to input a template in the Web fields.)
If you're creating Access Tickets, you must create and link an Access Ticket template in the appropriate fields. Linking an Access Ticket template creates the Access Number used to gain admittance to the module for which the ticket was sold (i.e. Pass Access Control, Trip Access Control, etc.).
If you're not using Access Control, or if you don't want to generate an Access Control Number when selling a ticket, you do NOT need to enter a template the Access fields.

Service Items Allowed | For use with POS Access Ticket Service Items only and is available only in Touch POS. Select a list of applicable Service Items, if desired. This field allows you to link service items to an Access Ticket sale which, when swiped, presents buttons for the service items you can sell. When you link an Access Ticket template to a service item, you can use this field to specify a list of other service items that this Access Ticket applies to. When the service item is sold and an Access Ticket record is created, the service items listed here are linked to the Access Ticket record. When the customer swipes the Access Ticket it will bring up a screen where you can select the appropriate service item(s) for this particular swipe, and it will create a POS sale for that service item as well as deduct a visit from the Access Ticket. For example, you create a service item for an Access Ticket for your golf course. In this field, you enter the various greens fees service items that may apply (9-holes, 18-holes, cart, bucket of range balls, etc.). When the patron swipes his/her Access Ticket at the golf course in Touch POS, buttons display showing the items just listed. The clerk clicks the appropriate button(s), which create the sale. Additionally, the patron's punch count is reduced by one (1) |
