Where are the Activity Waitlist Numbers in RecTrac 3.1?
Problem
We recently upgraded to 3.1 and cannot locate where customer waitlist numbers are in RecTrac. There is no waitlist number on their receipts and no number in the activity inquiry, just that they waitlisted and their enrollment date.
Are there still waitlist numbers and if so where/how can I get to them in RecTrac?

In 3.1, there are no longer waitlist numbers. This is because patrons have the option of enrolling onto a waitlist for a single section, such as the 10:00am Swimming Class or for ALL sections in an Activity, such as Swimming Sections 1-6. Therefore, the System cannot give an accurate number as a predictor of the status.
You can however, view waitlist information in Global Sales by selecting the correct household and clicking on the Waitlist tab. For the standard VSI Design, this is found on the far right-hand side of the screen.
Alternatively, you can generate a custom enrollment report to display where an individual stands in the waitlist for a particular section. Basic steps are provided below:
To add the field to an enrollment report:
1. From the VSI Standard Activity Roster Report, click Update Output.
2. Create a name for the new report. Click Continue.
3. Click Add Column to add a new column.
4. Change the Table to SADetail and then drag and drop the WaitlistNumber field to the appropriate column.
5. Click Save. Changes take effect immediately upon the next running of the report.
