3.1 Max Value for an Activity Waitlist

Problem
Is there a limit to the max number of patrons that can enroll on the waitlist? What is the largest waitlist number RecTrac can handle?
Solution
Yes. 300.
On each activity section, there is a "Maximum Waitlist Count" setting to control how many patrons are permitted to enroll onto the waitlist. The field will accept a value of up to '99999999' but the system hardcodes the value at '300.'
Steps For Solution
- Navigate to Management Activity Management Section Management.
- Highlight the Activity Section and click Change.
- Under the Core Settings. there is a Maximum Waitlist Count setting.
- Set this setting to the desired Waitlist Count. Do not let this number exceed 300.
- Refer to the "i" Information icon, if needed.
- Click Save
