Golf Course Evening Rates are not populating when reserving through the Tee Sheet

Problem
Our Golf Course evening rates are not populating in the shopping cart from the Tee Sheet when we make a reservation. What can we check to remedy this issue?
Solution
In this case, the issue was caused by the hole count on the greens fee service item which at some point was changed from 9 -.5 round to 18-1 round. This needs to match the Golf Course configuration.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Service Item Management.
- From the DataGrid, locate and highlight the Greens Fee record type which is not populating the Tee Sheet.
- Click Change.
- Expand the Miscellaneous Settings group.
- Set the Hole Count, to match your golf course setup.
- Click Save.
Close and reopen the Tee Sheet, then try to check in the Player slot. The evening rate should now populate the Tee Sheet as expected.
