Correcting Number of Punch Pass Punches

Problem
An extra punch was taken off of a Punch Pass in error. How can I fix this?
Solution
Go to Global Sales and find the Household that you want to update. Go to this Household's Purchase History. Locate and highlight the relevant Punch Pass and click Change/Transfer Item to update punch counts.
Steps For Solution
- From your RecTrac main menu, navigate to Global Sales.
- On Global Sales Lookup, search for that Household.
- Select the Household from the DataGrid.
- Click Select.
- Select the Purchase History tab.
- Locate the relevant Punch Pass and highlight it.
- Click Change/Transfer Item.
- Update the Punch Visits Sold.
- Click Continue.
- Process through the Payment screen to finalize the transaction, generate a new receipt number, and update the punches on the pass.
The Punch Pass now will reflect the correct number of counts.
