How to cancel a guest day pass

Problem
Front desk sold an extra day pass by accident and now they need to cancel and refund the amount so that the cash journal is correct.
Solution
Go into Purchase History for the Daily Guest Houshold. Then cancel and refund the day pass that was incorrectly sold.
Steps For Solution
- Go to Global Sales
- Click Skip > Daily/Guest Houeshold
- Go to the Purchase History tab
- Highight the day pass that was accidently from the DataGrid
- Click Cancel > Cancel Selected Items
- Click Refund
- Once in the payment screen select Refund Option and Pay Code
- Click Process to complete transaction
