Printing Passes During Registration

Problem
We have a few passes that are not printing at check out and we can't figure out why. How can we ensure they print during transactions?
Solution
You need to enable the setting titled "Print Pass During Registration?" on the Pass Update screen.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Pass Management.
- From the DataGrid, locate and highlight the pass that is not printing.
- Click Change.
- Under the Pass Print Settings group, toggle on Print Pass During Registration.
- Click Save.
Next time this pass is sold during daily processing, the pass will be printed with the receipt.
