The CYMS Location Dashboard program is used in a daycare environment and allows you to see who is in your center at any given time. The program also can show you who is absent, and whether the absence has been confirmed. CYMS Location Dashboard is based off enrollments into your day care activities. It can also display children who are in your center for hourly care, where there is no corresponding activity enrollment.
To Use the CYMS Location Dashboard
- Accept the default value in the Location field or select an alternate facility location. The default entry in this field is determined by your Location profile.
- Accept the default values in the Day Health Assessment Good for and Days Physical Good for fields or enter alternate values, if desired. Your entries in these fields determine whether checks appear in the HA OK? and Physical OK?columns on the DataGrid.
- If you leave these fields at "0," the inquiry skips them.
- When you run the inquiry with other values, then children with a Health Assessment and/or Physical date within the "Good for Days" range will be "OK." The box will be checked for those children. Children with a Health Assessment and/or Physical date outside the 'Good for Days' range will show as NOT OK. The box will not be checked. For example, you enter '365' in this field. Anyone in the DataGrid who has had a Physical within the last year will show as "OK." Anyone in the DataGrid whose last physical was over a year ago will show as "NOT OK."
Heath Assessment and Sports Physicals dates are maintained in Person Update.
- Accept the default entry in the Statuscolumn of the DataGrid or make other selections as needed. Multiple selection is allowed.
