Customize a report to show In Cart status

Problem
When reviewing enrollment reports we see patrons as enrolled, however when viewing the Paton's purchase history in Global Sales it is apparent that the enrollment was never finalized and the item is actually in the cart. We would like to customize a report to show if an enrollment has been completed or is still in the cart.
Solution
You can customize a roster report to add the SADetail_CartStatus field to the report output. Drag and drop this field into a new column. This will show if an item has been completed or is still in the cart when running the report.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Report Output Management.
- Highlight an existing custom roster report from the DataGrid.
- Alternatively, click Clone to create a new template from a VSI - Activity Roster Report.
- Give the report a new Description.
- Click Save.
- Click Update Output.
- Click Columns and insert a new column.
- In Show Fields For Table Field select SADetail.
- Set Filter Fields Containing to "Cart Status"
- Drag and drop SAdetail_cartstatus to your new column
- Click Save and Exit
When running this report, enrollments will show with a status of "In Cart" or "Complete".
