Error during Receipt Reprint "Unable to find a record for receipt #. Unable to reprint receipt."

Problem
For a valid transaction that is verified in Global Sales > Purchase History and/or on GL reports, a reprint of a receipt in Receipt Reprint produces the following error.
Note: This only applies if the Offload Receipt Creation is enabled on the Daily Processing Profile.
Error Message
"Unable to find a record for receipt #<xxxxxx>. Unable to reprint receipt."
Solution
This is due to the Offload Receipt Creation event in Scheduled Events Management being stuck in a Running or Queued status from an older time. Select the event, click Change Event then immediately save. This will restart it. Give it a minute or so and the receipt will become available.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Scheduled Events Management.
- Highlight the Offload Receipt Creation event from the DataGrid.
- Click Change Event.
- Immediately Click Save.
This should reset the event to run which should create the missing receipt. Return to Receipt reprint and attempt to reprint the receipt again.
