How to add PayTrac service fees to a GL Distribution Report

Problem
Finance has asked us for a report that includes service fee data for each credit card transaction. How can we add this information to a report?
Solution
You will need to create a custom Report Output Template based on the Dynamic GL Distribution Report. Then add the PayTrac Fees(SAGLDistribution) field to an empty space on the report.
Steps For Solution
- Go to Report Output Listing
- Locate and Highlight the GL Distribution (Dynamic) Report from the DataGrid
- Click Run Report
- Click Update Output
- Give the new report a name (i.e. GL Distribution Report with PayTrac Fees)
- Click Column > Insert at End
- Note: Feel free to add a column anywhere you see fit in the report as long as there is empty space to add the PayTrac Fees Field
- On the list of fields on the left, locate the PayTrac Fees(SAGLDistribution) field
- Drag and Drop the field into the empty column
- Click Save and exit
- Close the Report
- Close Report Output Listing
- Re-open Report Output Listing
- Locate and Highlight your newly created GL Report
- Click Run report
After entering your report criteria and processing, this report output should now include a section for your PayTrac Fees.
