3.1 Unable to Preview Receipts

Problem
I'm unable to download RecTrac PDF receipts/reports from Google Chrome and launch them in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Google Chrome is configured to automatically download PDF documents, and then I use Chrome's "Open" option to launch my Adobe Acrobat Pro program. This functionality has stopped working after updating to Chrome Version 69.0.3497.81.
Solution
This is a known problem within Chrome Version 69.0.3497.81 which is fixed in newer versions. You have two choices:
- Update your Google Chrome to the latest version.
- Use Google Chrome's built-in viewer, rather than launching Adobe Acrobat Pro (see "Steps for Solution" that follow).
Steps For Solution
- Click the three vertical dots (top right corner of Chrome) and then click Settings.
- Click Advanced > Privacy And Security > Site Settings.
- Click PDF Documents.
- Turn off Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome.
