3.1 The VSI - AR RecConnect Report output is missing from Report Output Management
Problem
The VSI - AR RecConnect report output is missing. It does not show from the report criteria screens nor does it show in Report Output Management.
Solution
If the output is no longer showing up in Report Output Management it is likely one of two possible causes:
1: The Customer added Permissions to the AR RecConnect Output and the user logged in doesnt have permission to see it.
2: The Customer Inactivated the AR RecConnect Output (via the Change Status button in Report Output Management).
The Report Output Management DataGrid defaults with the Status Column filtered to show only Active Report Outputs. As of build 3.1.05.10, there are additional output types for New and Inactive. If a customer updates the filter in their DataGrid to see ALL statuses they will have access to the full Library of Report Outputs.
- New records are report outputs that were created by a customer/support and subsequently approved by VSI for distribution (although they are not thought of as a VSI Standard Report Output).
- Inactive records are report outputs that a customer does not want run in their database at all, for whatever reason.
New and Inactive Report Outputs do not show in the Report Output Listing; nor do they show on report screens as an available output to run.
The status of an Output can be changed via the Change Status button which simply cycles the output thru the three statuses of Active, Inactive, and New.
