· All VS application upgrades will be performed by VS Hosting Team. If these upgrades involve "planned" downtime, they will be coordinated to occur during off-peak hours. Typically, planned downtime for software upgrades will occur after 11:30 ET for the Eastern data center and 11:30pm MT for the Western data center. There may be instances where there is deviation to the start time, but this will be communicated at least 7 days in advance. | Yes |
