10.3 and 3.1 Error 203-Maximum number of attempts exceeded (PnP)
Problem
We are getting this error when trying to process credit cards through Plug'nPay.
203-Maximum number of attempts exceeded.
Solution
You have a limit on the number of transactions per hour per IP addres in your Plug'nPay settings. To fix:
1 Login to the Plug'nPay account administration website at https://pay1.plugnpay.com/admin/login.cgi.
2 Under 'Settings', click the FraudTrak2 link.
3 Turn on the 'Check to skip IP frequency check' toggle.
4 Click the 'Update Fraud Screen Configuration' button near the center bottom.
5 Click the Log Out link and close your browser window.
