Problem
We have one particular patron whose credit cards cannot be authorized by Plug'nPay. No matter what location, user, workstation we swipe their card at, we get the following error:

Your support ID is: 17988486198845997330
All other patrons' credit cards are going through fine.
Solution
When a particular patron's card causes this message, the first things to check are the name, address, phone number and email fields on the household to ensure there are no special characters.
PlugNPay will flag households that contain special characters in these fields a Fraudulent Accounts. If special characters are found, remove them and attempt the transaction again.
In this particular instance however, it was a word (ASH) in the address that PNP's firewall that was interpreting as a (UNIX) command execution.
Due to this, the solution was to contact PNP Tech Support with the complete error message including the support ID, and also send them the household name and address so they can create an exception.
