3.1 Credit Card Brands Not Showing on Plug'nPay Billing Transactions
Problem
In RecTrac 3.1, credit card brands are not showing for Plug'nPay billing transactions.
Solution
This should only be an issue when credit cards are loaded for AVS purpose using a Plug'nPay Retail account on WebTrac.
When viewing credit card info in the credit card inquiry screen, the mask displays only the last 4 digits of the card number. RecTrac needs the first 1-2 digits of the mask to determine the card brand.
Have the customer contact Plug'nPay to have all their merchant accounts setup for the 'Expanded Mask.'
