10.3 and 3.1 PCCharge Impacted by Microsoft Windows Update
Problem
A recent Microsoft Windows update(s) has impacted the ability for customers to use the PCCharge application.
Solution
If customers lock up during attempted credit card processing, they should logon to the VeriFone website and follow the steps to fix. It will require downloading a file and rebooting their PC.
1 Go to support.verifone.com
2 Navigate to 'Support Channels > PC Software > Downloads > Files'
3 Select 'Registration Assistant'
