Patrons are Unable to Get an ETS SessionID in WebTrac 3.1
Problem
After choosing a credit card pay code and clicking 'Continue' on the WebTrac checkout screen, the patron is returned to the summary of charges page, and a message at the top of the screen says 'Unable to Get an ETS SessionID.'
Solution
Check the ETS Credit Card profile for your WebTrac User ID and ensure the ECOM Payment URL is correct. The proper ECOM Payment URL is https://www.etsemoney.com/hp/v2
Make changes as necessary.
