10.3 and 3.1 One Household cannot pay by Credit Card. PlugNPay screen comes up blank and does not load
Problem
I have a customer that cannot remit for services using a Credit Card. The PlugNPay Screen comes up, but it remains blank and doesn't load.
Solution
Ensure the Primary Person in the household does not have any special characters in the First Name and Last Name fields. Make changes as needed.
In this instance, the First Name field for the Primary Person contained the patron's Name and Nickname: LauraBeth 'Betsy'
Removing the quotations from around the nickname allowed the transaction to go through.
