Problem
ERROR- Incorrect Client Setup
For ETS Customers Only
After a refund of a web transaction in gui. It is not logging back into the transvault dll correctly.
Solution
If the Department has a merchant account for WebTrac and a different merchant account for RecTrac and a customer completes a transaction in WebTrac and pays with a credit card and later a clerk processes a refund for that sale in RecTrac, after the refund is complete this error will surface on the next transaction.
Troubleshooting finds that the client id, master key and terminal id are blank when trying to log back into the purchase account after processing the refund on the web account.
This is a known issue that is currently working its way through the development and QA cycle. A fix will be included in a future build.
