3.1 Unable to process credit cards for one household only
Problem
We've tried to process a credit card payment for HH#97374 for a softball registration and PlugNPay keeps returning a blank page. We are unable to get it to pass through to the next stage to put in the credit card number and take payment. We have been able to process all other payments today.
Solution
Ensure the Family Member for whom you're processing the credit card does NOT have any quotation marks in either the First or Last Name field in Household Management. For Example: Robert 'Buddy' Johnson.
Quotation Marks are invalid on most Credit Card Gateway sites, as the card holder name as it is submitted to the Gateway must match the card holder name on the patron's card and credit cards do not contain names in quotation marks.
If quotation marks are found on the Family Member record in Household Management, remove them, save changes, and attempt the transaction again.
