Problem
ETS sales stop working after updating to ETS Transvault 3.x.
Solution
ETS issue when going to RecTrac 3.1.6.04, verify the clients are using the correct Transvault Core files. If on any version less than 1.1.5959, then contact ETS with your Merchant account info and make sure ETS knows you (i.e. the customer) are using Transvault 3.x and should be on 1.1.5959 or greater.
Anytime an ETS customer has an issue with using RecTrac 3.1 or RecTrac 10.3y02 or higher (EMV for 10.3) using Transvault 3.x (determined in the credit card device) the VSI support person or customer should verify the version of the Transvault core files. If not at least 1.1.5959, then contact ETS to get the accounts corrected at ETS. Once the accounts at ETS are corrected, log out of RecTrac and then back in and re-check the core file version.

File name would be similar to- TransVaultCore_1.1.5959....dat or greater.
