3.1 Unable to communicate with the ETS gateway
Problem
Customer uses ETS in RecTrac 3.1 along with Ingenico ISC250 pinpads and are occasionally seeing a message 'Unable to communicate with the ETS gateway', after choosing a credit card paycode and clicking Process. Seems a few transactions will go through fine but then eventually itll come up again. Logging out and back in to RecTrac does seem to correct the problem.
Solution
The disconnections stopped occurring after the following ETS domains were added as exceptions to the customer's firewall(s):
*.emoney.com
*.emoneygc.com
*.etsms.com
*.etsemoney.com
*.emoney2k.com
*.networkgls.com
*.pmoney.com
*.billpay.io
*.eftregistration.com
