3.1 Sophos Endpoint Protection blocking ETS Credit Cards

Issue/Error:

Error after success screen when swiping a Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX, DEBIT CARDS) in ETS:
Solution
Reason:
Sophos Endpoint is seeing the connection from the URL to VIC and is seeing it as a malicious attack. Sophos then blocks that connection causing the below error:
'Error Communicating with AppServer. If you process this transaction again you will most likely charge the customer again. Before you continue, contact your RecTrac Administrator and have them check the transaction at the ETS Portal'

- You will need to have IT open up the Sophos Portal/App (Home_Screen.jpg) attached.
- Click in the 'Admin Logout/login' field and have IT login into the Sophos Portal/App
- Once logged in, navigate to the Settings tab at the top of the Screen
- You will see 'Web Control' Toggled 'ON.' Toggle this 'OFF' and exit the Sophos Portal/App
- You will need to make sure that IT makes Sophos Endpoint exceptions for all VSI Folders\Files\URLs\etc...
- Log out of RecTrac 3.1 and log back in (Check VIC Connection).
- If VIC is connected and GREEN, you will be able to do a Credit Card Transaction successfully,
