3.1 CardConnect Bolt Unit Cancelling Transaction from pinpad
Problem
CardConnect Bolt Ingenico iPP320 Unit Always Cancels Transaction from pinpad.
Solution
When credit card inserted or swiped, it results in an immediate cancellation at the CardConnect Ingenico iPP320 pin pad.
1.) First, verify that the CardConnect credentials are entered correctly.
2.) If the problem persists then its probably related to the software on the CardConnect pinpad hardware. Contact CardConnect, have them perform software updates on the pinpad. After doing that, power cycle the pinpad unit, and logged back into RecTrac. Worked in this instance.
