3.1 CardConnect is giving this error during a transaction: "No request queue registered for HSN."

Problem
We're using the CardConnect solution in 3.1 and getting this error a lot: "No request queue registered for HSN."
Solution
This error indicates that your pin pad is not connected to the Bolt service with CardConnect. Some things to check:
- Ensure your pin pad has been "BOLTED."
- Make sure it's using a dedicated Ethernet port.
Once the pin pad is connected per CardConnect's product specifications, your credit card transactions should begin functioning again.
