3.1 CardConnect - Canadian credit cards not working through WebTrac
Problem
Issue of declined tansactions with a patron who has a United States address and Canadian issued credit card.
Solution
The patron lives within the USA but has a Canadian credit card. The CardConnect processor is requiring Address Verification Services (AVS) for eCommerce, card not present transactions. WebTrac is defaulting to the Country to "United States," from the patron's USA address. Use the following steps tp display the Address fields within WebTrac, which will enable the patron the opportunity to make sure that their "Billing Address" matches the card issuer's address on file.
- Go to RecTrac 3.1 Profile Assignments.
- Open the Credit Card Profile used for CardConnect and the WebTrac/ecomm merchant.
- Enable Display Address fields.

Save and try running transactions again through WebTrac.
