Problem
We are a PlugnPay (PnP) customer and when processing cards, we are getting the following error message:
Error Message
Invalid value for passed Security Hash. Please check value for shared hash key in your security admin area
Solution
You will need to implement Inbound Verification Hash to resolve this error message. Setup is done on the PlugNPay side and the RecTrac side.
