Use the SuperGrid Results Builder screen to help keep the SuperGrid experience speedy for your staff. VSI recommends you schedule this SuperGrid Results Builder process to run daily when your organization uses the SuperGrid for facility, court, rentals, league, CYMS, or PT (see the SuperGrid tab within Global Sales or the SuperGrid Processing operation).
How does it work? Caching. This process generates and stores your facility resource availability using their rules/criteria, the model household, and the number of days specified in a cache. When the SuperGrid is open, it uses this cache resulting in a quicker and more responsive experience for your staff as they work within their SuperGrid. Without the cache, their SuperGrid lookup process will take noticeably longer.
Schedule the SuperGrid Results Builder task once, and it runs silently based on the schedule you define thereafter.
