RT31-14618526174 | One Click Unsubscribe |
There are new email requirements from Google, Yahoo, and other providers set to be implemented in February 2024 to provide users with a 'safer, less spammy inbox'. Among the requirements is to make sure marketing emails have a defined easy way for email recipients to 'Unsubscribe' from communications. Per the guidance, we have added one-click unsubscribe link to email headers for RecConnect emailing. In addition to this change, if you do not have the RecTrac native unsubscribe link setup in the body of an email sent from RecConnect, this process will also add an 'Unsubscribe' link to the email body.
Here are links to more resources: It is important to note that if you are a hosted customer, our hosted team handles all of the technical email signing and authentication requirements listed in these articles.
