Instructor Pay Processing Will Not Complete Instructor Payments

Problem
Instructor pay has been processed for 5 of the 9 enrollments and the system will not pay the instructor for the additional 4 enrollments.
Solution
Ensure the Activity Code and Section Code associated with the additional enrollments both have a status of active.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Activity Management.
- From the DataGrid, locate the Activity Code and ensure the status is set to Active.
- If not highlight the Activity from the DataGrid.
- Click Change.
- Set Status to Active.
- Click Save.
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Activity Section Management.
- From the DataGrid, locate the Activity Section Code and ensure the status is set to Active.
- If not highlight the Activity Section from the DataGrid.
- Click Change.
- Set Status to Active.
- Click Save.
Return to Instructor Pay Processing and attempt to run the program again for this Activity, the payments for the additional enrollments should now appear on the report.
