Problem
An admin created a new pass and a clerk sold these new passes. When the patron swipes in, the new passes display as invalid. To enable their functionality, RecTrac needs to recognize these passes.
Error Message
No valid passes for "Name of Patron"
Solution
Add the pass to the Valid Pass List in Visit Profile within Profile Assignments.
Steps For Solution
- Navigate to Profile Assignments.
- Locate the Visit Profile in use for your location.
- Highlight the profile and click Update.
- Choose the picklist for the "Valid Pass List."
- Select the newly created pass and then click Select.
- Click Save.
- Navigate to Visit Processing and attempt the swipe in again.
