Images Disappearing from Visit Processing

Problem
When viewing the Visit Processing screen, images start to disappear after a certain amount of time.
Solution
A setting in Visit Profile controls how long the image stays loaded in the DataGrid.
Steps For Solution
- From your RecTrac main menu, navigate to Profile Assignments.
- Select the Visit Profile for the location.
- Click Update.
- Adjust the time in the "Length in Minutes to keep Images Visible in Visit DataGrid?"
- Click Save.
The image will remain viewable in Visit Processing for the amount of time you have selected.
