3.1 Users Are Unable to See Any Custom Reports In Report Output Listing

Problem
When a user opens Report Output Listing, they can only see the standard VSI reports. They are unable to see any custom reports that have been created.
Solution
This issue stems from the Permission profile. To see created custom reports, either the table permissions for the Maintenance View of data table "SaReportheader" requires admin rights OR the matching codes options must match the permission codes linked to the custom report.
Steps For Solution
- Navigate to Management -> System management -> Profile Assignments.
- Select the Permission profile
- Click Update.
- Click the Table Permissions tab along the top.
- In the Function Type field, select only Maintenance View.
- In the Data Table field, type SAReportHeader
- Click the pencil to edit the Access Rights field and change it to Administrator.
- Click the pencil to save the change.
- Click Save on the bottom of the profile.
Note: If all users should be able to see the custom reports in the system, apply this change to all other Permission profiles.
