WebTrac WebSpeed Error (6019) (5804): Error -65

Problem
When attempting to pull up our Webtrac site, the following WebSpeed error code displays:
Error Message
WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019)
Msngr: Failed to connect to the specified WebSpeed named service. Verify that the service has been started. Verify the configuration for the service is correct. (5804): Error -65
Solution
In this case, we resolved the Webtrac WebSpeed error site by adding the necessary ports to the server firewall as bidirectional rules. These rules did not exist. Once added, the Webtrac site displays normally.
Steps For Solution
- Verify that all Vermont Systems recommended ports listed below have been added to any and all server firewalls as bi-directional rules to allow for communication with the WebSpeed clients in OpenEdge Explorer:
TCP (2533, 2534, 4033, 4034, 2700-2799)
UDP (4032, 5162)

Check client.wsc file on the webserver which can be located at X:\VSI3\Rectrac\Webserver\GUI\wbwsc.
- Verify that the format is as follows: a server name or IP address followed by the port number.
